Foods high in anti-oxidant substances are cucumbers, which can help fight elements on the food that causes disorders and diseases in our body.

Fish is low in saturated fats. Tuna and other kinds of fishes are ideal part of a healthy diet.

Turkey and chicken without their skin, extra lean beef and liver are rich in protein. They are good part of a healthy diet.
